• Attention :

1. Co2 blasts cannot exceed 20 seconds in length for each blast, two jet time intervals cannot be short by 5 seconds
2. Before connecting the power, make sure that each part of the CO2 column is already connected to the operation
3. The bottle must be placed and held horizontally if not the co2 gas cannot come out
4. When not using the machine, the nozzle, and the steel bottle inlet should be enveloped, to avoid getting into something else.

How To Use

• Installation： 

1. Place the large CO2 cannon in the corresponding position.
2. Connect the CO2 hose to CO2 gas bottle.
3. Tilt or invert the gas cylinder to increase the pressure.
4. Connect the machine with the gas bottle via the hose, one side of the hose connects with a tank, and the other side connects with the machine.
5.  Turn on the valve of the gas bottle.
6. Connect the machine and the console.
7.  Before disassembling, first turn off the bottle valve, let out the gas that remains in the pipe, then turn off the power, and lastly separate the connector of the gas bottle.

Q&A 

• Q1: Can the CO₂ hose length be customized?
  Yes. The hose length can be customized according to your needs. In general, we do not recommend making the hose longer than 35 meters. Some customers have customized hoses up to about 50 meters, but a longer hose will consume more CO₂ inside the pipe and may affect the spraying effect.
• Q2: What type of CO₂ tank should I use?
  All CO₂ cannon machines are designed to work with siphon CO₂ tanks, also known as siphon tube tanks or dip tube tanks. This type of tank helps deliver liquid CO₂ for a stronger and more visible white smoke effect.
• Q3: Where can I buy CO₂ gas?
  CO₂ gas cylinders are usually available from local gas suppliers, welding gas suppliers, beverage gas suppliers, or event equipment suppliers. Please purchase or rent the CO₂ cylinder locally, as gas cylinders cannot be shipped internationally.
• Q4: Is the CO₂ gas cylinder included?
  No. We do not sell or export CO₂ gas cylinders due to shipping restrictions. Customers need to prepare a compatible CO₂ cylinder locally.
• Q5: Are there any requirements for the CO₂ cylinder?
  For reference, our factory commonly uses 40L CO₂ cylinders. A 40L cylinder can usually be filled with up to about 24 kg of CO₂, commonly around 23 kg, and should not be less than 18 kg for better performance. Please note that cylinder pressure may increase in high-temperature environments.
• Q6: How long can one CO₂ cylinder spray?
  The spray time depends on the cylinder size and the duration of each burst. As a general reference, a 5L cylinder can spray for about 10 seconds, an 8L cylinder for about 12–15 seconds, and a 40L cylinder for about 40–50 seconds.
• Q7: Can the CO₂ cannon spray continuously?
  No. Continuous spraying is not recommended. If the spraying time is too long or the air pressure is too high, it may damage the valve. To protect the machine and extend its service life, we recommend keeping each spray within about 10 seconds, with at least 5 seconds between sprays.
• Q8: Can I spray the CO₂ effect toward people?
  Do not spray low-temperature CO₂ directly at people, animals, or faces. During operation, always make sure there is no one within at least 3 meters / 10 ft in the spraying direction.
• Q9: What should I do if the machine does not spray?
  Please contact our customer service team and describe the issue in detail. We recommend providing your order number, photos, and a short video showing the machine’s working condition. Our technical team will help check the problem and guide you through the solution. If the issue cannot be solved remotely, the machine may need to be returned for maintenance.
• Q10: How long is the warranty?
  Our product comes with a 1-year warranty. If the machine has a quality issue during the warranty period, please contact customer service with your order number, photos, and working video.
