Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

If you placed an order by mistake or purchased the wrong item or quantity, please contact us as soon as possible at support@mokalighting.com.

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase, provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, we can no longer cancel the order.

Customers may also submit a cancellation request through their customer account before the order is fulfilled. All cancellation requests are subject to review and approval.

Return Policy

We accept return requests within 30 days after you receive your item.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, undamaged, with all accessories, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at support@mokalighting.com before sending any item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. The return address will be provided after your return request has been approved.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@mokalighting.com so that we can evaluate the issue and help resolve it.

Please include your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a clear description of the problem.

Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom products, including special orders or personalized items.
Consumables, including Ti powder, confetti paper, smoke fluid, bubble fluid, snow fluid, flame fluid, and other consumable materials.
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Sale items or gift cards.
Items that have been used, damaged, altered, or are not in their original packaging.

Returns based only on personal preference, such as “I do not want it anymore” or “This is not what I expected,” may not be accepted unless approved by our customer service team.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges by default.

If you need a different product, please contact us first. In some cases, we may arrange an exchange after communication and approval.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without giving a reason, unless the item falls under an applicable exception. The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging, with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company, or payment provider to process and post the refund.
