Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 100% money-back guarantee on all products that are defective or damaged during shipping. Within 30 days of receiving the product, Just let us know and we will provide a return address and a replacement or refund if preferred(Please do not mail the returned products back to the original address, the mailing address will be provided by email after the application is submitted).
Return and Refund Steps
The customer submits a refund return application on the order page, the seller agrees, sends the return address to the buyer, the buyer mails the product according to the return address, the buyer provides the mailing courier number, and the seller receives the returned product after the refund is made.
Return and Exchange Costs
If the return is due to the quality of the product itself, we, the seller, will pay the return shipping cost or the shipping cost of the exchange. If the return is due to improper use by the customer or other reasons other than the product itself, the outbound fee, handling fee and return shipping fee paid by us will be borne by the customer with an additional 30% of the order cost, and the related fees will be deducted directly from the refund. The customer will receive the refund within 3-5 business days after the seller receives the product.

Order Modifications or Cancellation
After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact email@example.com and request order modifications, change of address, or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified.
Damaged/ Incorrect Order
We try our best to ensure product quality and accuracy, but sometimes mistakes happen and we sincerely apologize in advance if/ when it happens. If either of these rare occurrences happens to you, please take a clear photo of the item(s) and email it to us, along with your order number to info@mokalighting. Once we receive your email and verify the issue, we will get a replacement sent to you right away.
Order Not Received
If your item has not arrived within 30 days (45 days for international) after you placed your order, please contact STORE EMAIL ADDRESS and we will promptly take care of you.
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do our best to avoid errors by verifying the shipping information with every customer in the order confirmation sent immediately after ordering. Costs to reship the package will be invoiced to the customer.
We are also not responsible for failed deliveries due to the addressee not being home during the time of delivery.
