• The flame machine H-E03 is professional stage effect equipment with the newest LCD design.
• The machine can be controlled by DMX 512 which is easy to operate. However, the machines are sold without a DMX 512 controller， which needs to be purchased separately.

1. Please open the door of the flame machine, put 3 bottles of the flame liquid cans on the holder, and ensure the liquid can be fixed correctly. And then closes the door of the flame machine.

2. Please connect the power supply for the flame machine and open the switch. Connect with the DMX signal cable and DMX controller, and set the DMX address. The machine will be DMX self-inspection, and the detection lamp will flicker. When contacting with the DMX signal cable, the display will light up. Otherwise, the display will not be bright.

3. The flame machine has a safety channel. The machine works only when the value of channel 1 is between 100 and 155. Open the safety channel and use channels 2-6 to spray the flame.

4. After use, turn off the machine and disconnect the power and signal cables.

5. Wait 15 minutes until the ignition needle has cooled, then remove the fire oil and wipe the machine clean.

1. Before using this machine, please read this manual carefully.

2. Only use the special 250V / 10A (110V available) three-wire power supply, it should be grounded, do not get the ground and wire together.

 3. When you are not using the machine, the power cord must be unplugged.

4. Do not place the machine in a rainy or humid environment to use.

5. Do not put the machine power plug, or cable in water, or other liquids.

6. Make sure that all parts are well connected before turning on the power of the machine.

7. To use the machine, note that the vertical height of the room must be at least 5 meters.

8. If the machine is damaged, please disconnect the power immediately, do not disassemble the machine, and contact the supplier to repair the machine.

9. The machine is used together with fire-breathing oil (purchased separately).

10. Do not point the output of the machine (open flame) directly at people or any goods.

A: Flame Oil, Flame Liquid, Starting liquid. The main ingredient in the car starting fluid is Diethyl Ether, with some Petroleum Distillates, Propane or Butane, Lubricants, and CO2 added. Colored starting fluid has more Organic dyes added.

 A:A 200ml fuel bottle will last approximately 60-70 seconds.

 A: Our flame machine can be used indoors or outdoors, as long as it is kept at a relatively safe distance, it will not cause a fire or cause the smoke alarm to go off. And our machine is equipped with a safety channel, when the machine is tilted more than 45 degrees, the flamethrower will immediately stop working to improve the safety of use.

A:First of all, please confirm that all procedures with normal operation. It is recommended to cut off the power and operate it again,if fails again,the cause may bethe valveis broken.Please cut off the power,and replaceanew valve.

A: In this case, the angle of the ignition pin may be distorted, and the spray nozzle may not be aligned so that the spark cannot be ignited by the ignition pin when the fire spark comes out. Please try to adjust the angle of the ignition pin to align the nozzle and try again.

 A: DMX Control and Electric control (H-E01, H-E02)

DMX control means connecting the DMX cable and then through the DMX controller to control the machine.

Electric control means turning on power then working, turning off power then stopping working.

  A: Control by DMX.

 A:When you use the DMX controller to control the machine, channel 1 is a safety channel with values of 102-153 open, indicatingthe fire projector safe channelisopenand the machine can work.

   A:When the machine tilts over 45°, the power will be cut off automatically and the flame projector stop working instantly, ensuring thesecurity of the event.
