How To Use
- Electric Control :
- Connect the CO₂ jet machine to the electric control button.
- Connect the machine to the CO₂ gas tank using the high-pressure hose.
- Make sure all hose connections are securely tightened.
- Switch the machine to the ON position.
- Slowly open the valve of the CO₂ gas tank.
- Press the electric control button to trigger the CO₂ spray effect.
- DMX512 Control
- Connect the CO₂ jet machine to the power supply with the power cable.
- Connect the machine to the DMX controller using the DMX cable.
- Connect the machine to the CO₂ gas tank with the high-pressure hose.
- Set the correct DMX address on the machine.
- Use your DMX console to control the CO₂ spray and LED lighting effects.
- Important Notes
- The machine has 6 DMX channels for CO₂ spray and LED effect control.
- To protect the machine and extend its service life, do not spray continuously for too long. We recommend keeping each spray within about 10 seconds.
- When the machine is not in use, turn off the CO₂ gas tank valve first.
- Before removing the high-pressure hose, release the remaining gas from the machine and hose.
- Do not disconnect the hose while there is still pressure inside.

- Q: How long can the trachea be customized?
A: The length can be customized according to your needs. The longest is generally not recommended to be over 35 meters, but we also have customers who have made a length of about 50 meters, because the longer the pipe, the more gas will be used in the pipe during use. This will waste more gas and affect the use effect.
- Q: How is the effect, can I jet against people, will it have any effect?
A: Yes, but it has a safe distance. Please always ensure that no one is within 3 meters of the CO2 column machine in the direction of injection.
- Q: Where to buy carbon dioxide gas?
A: This gas can generally be purchased at your local store.
- Q: How long can an air column gun spray and can it continue to spray?
A: The gas column machine can not continue jetting. If the jetting time is too long and the air pressure is too high, the valve may be damaged. In order to ensure that the machine parts have a normal service life, we recommend that each jet be controlled for about 10 seconds, it takes 5 seconds in the middle to blow again. This way, you can avoid damage to the accessories due to improper operation.

A: Generally, the 40L gas cylinders used in our factory are about 6.5-7 pressures, and the pressure will rise again under high-temperature conditions. It can fill up to 24 kg of gas. Generally, it is 23KG, but not less than 18KG. You can refer to these values.

A: The spray height of the machine is affected by the pressure of the cylinder. Normally, it can spray 8-10 meters.
