• Attention :

           1. Co2 blasts cannot exceed 20 seconds in length for each blast, two jet time intervals cannot be short by 5 seconds

           2. Before connecting the power, make sure that each part of the CO2 column is already connected to the operation

           3. The bottle must be placed and held horizontally if not the co2 gas cannot come out

          4. When not using the machine, the nozzle, and the steel bottle inlet should be enveloped, to avoid getting into something else.

How To Use

• Installation： 

          1. Place the large CO2 cannon in the corresponding position.

          2.Connect the CO2 hose to CO2 gas bottle.

          3. Tilt or invert the gas cylinder to increase the pressure.

          4. Connect the machine with the gas bottle via the hose, one side of the hose connects with a tank, and the other side connects with the machine.

         5. Turn on the valve of the gas bottle.

         6. Connect the machine and the console.

         7. Before disassembling, first turn off the bottle valve, let out the gas that remains in the pipe, then turn off the power, and lastly separate the connector of the gas bottle.

Q&A 

• Q: How long can the hose be customized?

            A: The length can be customized according to your needs. The longest is generally not recommended to be over 35 meters, but we also have customers who have made a length of about 50 meters. The longer the pipe, the more gas will be used in the pipe during use. This will waste more gas and affect the use effect. 

• Q: Can I jet against people, will it have any effect?

            A: Yes, but it has a safe distance. Please always ensure that no one is within 3 meters of the CO2 column machine in the direction of injection.

• Q: Where can I buy carbon dioxide gas?

            A: This gas can generally be purchased at your local store.

               All CO2 Cannon can be used with any Siphon CO2 Tank (Sometimes referred to as a Siphon Tube or Dip Tank).

• Q: Is there any requirement for the gas used?

            A: Generally, the 40L gas cylinders used in our factory are about 6.5-7 pressures, and the pressure will rise again under high-temperature conditions. It can fill up to 24 kg of gas. Generally, it is 23KG, but not less than 18KG. You can refer to these values. 

• Q: How long can an air column gun spray and can it continue to spray?

            A: The gas column machine can not continue jetting. If the jetting time is too long and the air pressure is too high, the valve may be damaged. In order to ensure that the machine parts have a normal service life, we recommend that each jet be controlled for about 10 seconds, it takes five seconds in the middle to blow again. This way, you can avoid damage to the accessories due to improper operation.

• Q: How long is your product warranty? If it’s a quality problem, who undertakes the freight?

            A: 1 year. If the machine is damaged and fails, please contact customer service the first time, and provide your purchase order number, and the video or appearance photos of the product work. we will start the after-sales maintenance service for you, and help you to repair the machine perfectly. •  Q: Do you sell small gas cylinders, how long can a bottle be sprayed?
   
•  A: Sorry, We can't export gas cylinders, you need to buy them locally.

• Q: What to do if the machine does not blow air?

            A: Please describe the specific situation and we will give feedback to our technical department to see if we can guide you to solve the problem. If there is no way, you need to return the machine to the factory for maintenance.

• Q: What does the Co2 cannon work with? How long does one bottle of gas last to use?

           A: MOKA SFX Signal Head CO2 jet machines work with CO2. Normally 5L gas can spray about 10S, 8L cylinder is about 12-15S, and 40L cylinder is about 40-50S.
