How To Use

• Operation: 

1. Open the main tank first, add 10 liters of water to the main tank; if necessary, add 5 liters of water to the secondary tank (the secondary tank water will be available when the main tank water is used up. 15 liters of water can be used continuously for 1 hour). 
2. Add 2L water spray oil to the oil pot. Connect the power supply, if using a remote control, connect a remote receiver; if using a DMX controller, connect a DMX signal cable.
3. After the machine is warmed up for 4-5 minutes, the amount of smoke can be adjusted according to the needs of the situation. The output below 30% is only water mist, no smoke. 30% and above has smoke output, so turn on 30% and above output.
4. There are two drain valves at the bottom of the airbox. Check whether it is closed (horizontal) before use. If you need to drain it after use, open it.

• Q: Can you print my logo on the machine?

            A: Yes, you can send us the final artwork of the logo when you order, so we can check if it could be printed on the machine.

• Q: Do you have a certificate for your product? How about the warranty?

            A: All of our machines pass the CE RoHS FCC EU quality certificate. We guarantee our product for one year from the date of purchase.

• Q: Can you use normal fog liquid?

            A: No. If you use normal fog liquid, it will create a fog that floats up. Use only the water-based fog liquid or the low fog liquid.

• Q: How can I get the water-based fog fluid/low fog fluid?

           A: You can buy it on-site. We have water-based fog liquid/low fog liquid, but it only ships by to the sea. The minimum order quantity is 200 bottles.

• Q: How long is the heating time?

           A: Only 136 seconds to preheat the water.

• Q: Does it have a water level display?

          A: Yes. it has a clearwater level display. You can see it on the side of the machine.

• Q: How long can I use it after filling it with water and liquid?

           A: The 10L clear water tank allows 50 minutes of continuous production without refilling.

               The 3l fluid tank allows 3 hours of continuous production without refilling.

• Q: If the machine runs out of water, will it stop working automatically?

           A: Yes, it has auto senses for low water and fluid mist. When the water runs out, the machine makes an alarming sound to remind you. There is no need to worry about machines running dry, the machine has built-in sensors to detect low fluid levels.

• Q: Can be controlled by remote control?

           A: Right, it has DMX control, wireless remote control, and LCD manual control.

• Q: How long is the tube?

           A: We will send the 4m tube for each machine for free. If you need a longer tube, we can do it. But it will incur additional costs.
