Flame Liquid & Starting Liquid are not included due to shipping restrictions. They are classified as flammable liquids and cannot be shipped with the machine. Please purchase suitable consumables locally and follow your local safety regulations.

How to Use:

1. Open the door of the flame machine, place 2 flame liquid cans on the holder, and make sure they are fixed correctly. Then close the door.

2. Connect the flame machine to the power supply and turn on the power switch. Connect the DMX signal cable to the machine and DMX controller, then set the DMX address. The machine will perform a DMX self-check, and the indicator light will flash. When the DMX signal cable is connected properly, the display will light up.

3. The flame machine is equipped with a safety channel. The machine can only work when Channel 1 is set between 100 and 155. Activate the safety channel, then use Channel 2 to spray flames.

4. After use, turn off the machine and disconnect the power cord and DMX signal cable.

5. Wait 15 minutes until the machine has cooled down. Then remove the flame liquid cans and wipe the machine clean.

• Q: What's the fuel called? Chemical composition?

A: Flame Oil, Flame Liquid, Starting liquid. 
The main ingredient in the car starting fluid is Diethyl Ether, with some  Petroleum Distillates, Propane or Butane, Lubricants, and CO2 added. Colored starting fluid has more Organic dyes added.

• Q: How long does a bottle last?

           A: A 400ml fuel bottle will last approximately 60-70 seconds.

• Q: If I use this flamethrower, will it cause a fire, or cause the smoke alarm to go off?

A: Our flame machine can be used indoors or outdoors, as long as it is kept at a relatively safe distance, it will not cause a fire or cause the smoke alarm to go off. And our machine is equipped with a safety channel, when the machine is tilted more than 45 degrees, the flamethrower will immediately stop working to improve the safety of use.

• Q: Do I need to get a security clearance to use your flame machine or spark machine?

 A: From the customers we have worked with in Europe, America, and other countries, there is no need to obtain security clearance to use our machines.

• Q: What should I do if the machine keeps working?

A: First of all, please confirm that all procedures with normal operation. It is recommended to cut off the power and operate it again, if fails again, the cause may be the valve is broken. Please cut off the power, and replace a new valve.

• Q: What should I do if the machine just sprays oil and doesn’t catch fire?

 A: In this case, the angle of the ignition pin may be distorted, and the spray nozzle may not be aligned so that the spark cannot be ignited by the ignition pin when the fire spark comes out. Please try to adjust the angle of the ignition pin to align the nozzle and try again.

• Q: If the products are broken during the warranty, what should I do?

• Q: What are the control modes of the flame machines?

A: DMX Control and Electric control (H-E01, H-E02)

DMX control means connecting the DMX cable and then through the DMX controller to control the machine.

Electric control means turning on power then working, turning off power then stopping working.

• Q: What is the control mode of H-E04?

           A: Control by DMX.

• Q: What is the safe channel?

A: When you use the DMX controller to control the machine, channel 1 is a safety channel with values of 102-153 open, indicating the fire projector safe channel is open and the machine can work.

• Q: What is the dumping switch?

A: When the machine tilts over 45°, the power will be cut off automatically and the flame projector stop working instantly, ensuring the security of the event.
