How to Use

• Installation

1. Place the CO₂ jet machine on a flat, stable surface in the desired position.

2. Place the CO₂ cylinder on a flat and secure surface.

3. Connect one end of the high-pressure hose to the CO₂ cylinder.

4. Connect the other end of the hose to the CO₂ jet machine and make sure the connector is securely locked.

5. Make sure the CO₂ cylinder valve is closed before testing the machine.

6. Connect the machine to the power supply.

7. Connect the machine to the electric control button or DMX console according to your preferred control method.

• Electric Control

1. Turn on the machine power.

2. Open the CO₂ cylinder valve slowly.

3. Switch the machine to the ON position.

4. The machine will spray CO₂ when electric control is activated.

Note: Under electric control mode, the CO₂ spray can be triggered, but the LED lamp beads cannot be controlled separately.

• DMX512 Control

1. Connect the machine to the DMX console using the DMX cable.

2. Connect the machine to the power supply.

3. Switch the machine to the DMX position.

4. Set the correct DMX address.

5. Open the safety channel on Channel 1.

6. Use the remaining DMX channels to control the CO₂ spray and LED lighting effects.

DMX Channel Functions

After Use

1. Turn off the CO₂ cylinder valve first.

2. Trigger the machine once to release the remaining gas from the hose and machine.

3. Turn off the power supply.

4. Disconnect the high-pressure hose only after the remaining pressure has been fully released.

5. Store the machine and accessories in a dry and safe place.

Important Notes

• Keep each CO₂ spray within about 10 seconds.
• Wait at least 5 seconds between two sprays.
• Do not disconnect the hose while there is still pressure inside.
• Always make sure all hose connections are secure before use.
• Keep people, animals, and objects away from the spraying direction during operation.

Q&A

• Q: Is it sure that the sprayed gas is free of slag?

            A: Yes, there is absolutely no scum. This completely avoids the discomfort caused by scum.

• Q: Can I turn off the lamp effect if I don't want it?

            A: Yes, the switch and color change of the machine's lamp beads have their channels. If you do not need the lamp beads, you can turn off the channels that control the lamp beads.

• Q: How many meters can the pipe be equipped with? How long can it be made according to the length I need?

            A: A 6-meter tube is provided at random. The length can also be customized according to your needs. The longest is generally not recommended to exceed 35 meters, but we also have customers who have made a length of about 50 meters. Because the longer the tube, the more process the gas occupied in the middle tube, which will waste more gas and affect the use effect.

• Q: The pipe joint of this machine seems to be different from yours.

            A: Yes, you have observed it very carefully. The joint used by this machine is the LSQ-S1-03SF 3/8 model, which is different from the joints of our other machines, so the pipe of this machine and other machines cannot be used universally.

• Q: Do you need a cylinder for each of your machines? How big is the cylinder?

            A: We generally use 40L gas cylinders. In order to achieve the best results, we recommend one gas cylinder for one machine.

• Q: How long can a 40L cylinder be sprayed?

            A: The test can be continued for about 40 seconds under the full pressure of a 40L cylinder.

• Q: What kind of gas is in the cylinder, is it safe and harmful to the human body?

            A: Medical grade carbon dioxide is used, which is harmless to the human body, and it is pure and has no odor and impurities. It will not cause the possibility of clogging the solenoid valve or the valve core because of too many gas impurities.

• Q: Can machines share several cylinders?

            A: It is also possible. One gas cylinder can be supplied to multiple machines, and multiple cylinders also can be supplied to one machine. 

                 Moreover, we do not recommend that several machines share a single gas cylinder. The use time of a gas bottle is limited, so several machines sharing a cylinder will affect the presentation of the effect.

• Q: How long is the machine warranty?

            A: The warranty is one year. If the machine is damaged and fails, please contact customer service the first time and provide your purchase order number and the video or appearance photos of the product work. We will start the after-sales maintenance service for you, and help you repair the machine perfectly. During the warranty period, replacement parts are shipped free of charge.

     But two of the accessories have the following conditions. The warranty will be different. 

1. The connector is consumable. If the customer does not know how to use it, forced to connect these two connectors. It is very easy to damage the joint.
2. The valve because the spool hole in the valve is very small, even if there are very small iron pieces or impurities in the gas, it will cause the plug of the spool. This situation belongs to the gas reason. So if you want to replace the accessories, the cost will have to be paid by the user.
